I’m Christie Hurst Moore, the principal broker & owner of List 4 Less Realty in Savannah, TN. For me , the last 12 years of working with clients has been creating relationships that go beyond the closing table. During my real estate career, I’ve successfully navigated not only residential & land sales but commercial transactions including retail & franchise clients. I’m constantly striving to further my knowledge in this industry by obtaining designations such as; GRI, AHWD, E-Pro, RENE, PSA, CRB, RES-NET Certification & am also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Jamie is a people person with an easy smile for everyone. She enjoys making her customers feel at ease when buying or selling a home or property regardless if it is 20k or 1+ million. Jamie boasts over 19 years of sales and customer service, with the last 5 being in real estate. Jamie is a lifetime resident of west Tn and has extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. She enjoys being out doors, on the lake or river, riding horses, tending her animals and spending time with her family. Jamie is committed to making her customers dreams become a reality. Jessica Blanton Rogers

Jessica Blanton Rogers is an Adamsville, TN native and has lived in McNairy/Hardin county areas all her life. She enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, gardening, baking, and spending time on the lake. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She was introduced to real estate working in a local law office, where she learned that she loved assisting buyers and sellers all the way to the closing table. Her unique experience in the law environment, property title research, and the banking world aids her in assisting her clients in staying on top of the process from step one to closing.

Jessica has a wide range of experience with many types of properties from Waterfront to REOs. She is a 2021 Multi Million Dollar Club Member. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients in any way that she can.

Tim Hunt

Tim has grown up in the house building business. He brings with him an Engineering Degree from the Univesity of Alabama Huntsville and is currently a Licensed Residential, Commercial, and Industrial General Contractor for Tennessee and Alabama. Tim has a unique understanding of Real Estate and is a developer and an investor. Experience and Professionalism, combined with his integrity and creativity are among the many reasons we are proud to welcome him to our team. Ashley Nowlin

Upon graduating high school in Adamsville, TN, I studied Business Administration at the University of North Alabama which landed me in Nashville, where I held a position in Sales for 7 years. For the last 5 years I have enjoyed growing my photography business in the Savannah area, which has been a huge asset in my real estate career. I have two children, Avery and Crew, and we affectionately refer to ourselves as “The Trio”. We can most likely be found at a ballpark near you. We love staying active in our community and are proud members of Sharon Baptist Church in Savannah, TN. I far exceeded my goals in my first year as a real estate agent, and became a 2023 member of the Multi Million Dollar Club my second year. I am eager to use my experience to gain your business. Taylor Marlar is a lifelong resident of Hardin and McNairy County and currently resides in Stantonville, TN. She graduated from Mississippi State University where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management. Taylor is a Licensed Affiliate Broker who enjoys working with residential and commercial clients, and uses her marketing knowledge to advertise her listings to their maximum potential. Perry comes from a military family and settled in the area in 2002. He is married to an elementary school teacher at Waterloo, Marissa Inman, and they have two young sons. He has owned and operated a successful business in the Shoals. He holds his Brokers license in Alabama as well as an Affiliate Brokers license in TN. His specialties are broad as he has experience in selling land, homes and commercial real estate. He is a multi-million dollar producer and has a passion to serve and work hard for his clients.
